On Monday, December 16th, Kentucky held a lottery for dispensary licenses in regions 1 and 2, in addition to separate lotteries for Fayette and Jefferson counties.
The winners in the final Kentucky cannabis license lottery of 2024 were as follows:
Region 1 (Bluegrass)
- Canntucky Ventures LLC in Franklin County
- Garry Kort in Madison County
- Robert Hoogendyk in Madison County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)
- ThriveBlue LLC in Scott County
Fayette County
- DHK KY LLC in Lexington
- ZenLeaf, Inc. in Lexington
Region 2 (Kentuckiana)
- DNP – DHKY LLC in Bullitt County
- KY Pristine Vistas LLC in Bullitt County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)
- DJS KY LLC in Shelby County
- Pinnacle Path LLC in Bullitt County (will need to switch to a different county in the region)
Jefferson County
- Chung Woo Kim, LLC in Louisville
- Upward Innovations in Louisville
